Basic: $2,500 - $2,700

Your Daily work revolves around:
Year 0 Management Trainee
- Store housekeeping, maintenance and store serviceability
- Customer service - Learning, teaching and recommending Console and Board games to customers.
- Involvement and planning and executing Corporate and Social Events.
Year 1 Management Trainee
- Training of part timers, store manpower planning
- Identifying store weaknesses for improvements and generate profit ideas to improve sales
- Running gaming projects from time to time to widen service scope
- Assignment to a main functional role subject to performance
Year 2 Management Trainee
- Handling of main functional role independently
- Responsible for overseeing and generating solutions for store profits and losses as a store manager
- Training of next in line year 1 management trainee

- Responsible, independent and dependable.
- Driven personality and knows how to take charge of their own personal growth.
- Have a passion for the games, toys and fun industry.
- Customer-centric, people-oriented and a team player
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and past midnight (1 day a week)
Other information:
- Starting gross salary from SGD$2,500 - $2,700, depending on past experience
- 5-day, 44 hour work week, 1x Weekday (Mon-Thur) OFF, 1x Weekend (Sat/Sun) OFF
