Service Associate (Part-time)

Your daily customer relations work will include providing game recommendations, hosting and teaching board games, setting up console games and ensuring that all customer needs are attended to. With more experience, team members will also be required to assist events team with events management and hosting services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a Game Master - Learning, teaching and recommending Console and Board games to customers
  • Maintenance of games and Café equipment
  • Taking reservations over the phone and other social media channels
  • Ensuring high Café serviceability and service standards

We want you if you are: 

  • Customer-centric, comfortable with speaking to people and loves casual interactions with customers
  • Able to motivate yourself and take initiative of your own learning
  • Someone who is able to observe and learn quickly
  • Passionate in the games & toys industry
  • Able to commit for at least 1x Weekday, 1x Weekend Weekly
  • Able to work past midnight occasionally

What we can offer and expect:

  • Starting salary from $10.60 (excluding CPF) per hour, periodic increment based on performance
  • Ongoing training and skills development
  • Transportation home if shift ends after 12 midnight
